Included in this project is minor demolition, construction of new half walls to enclose existing stairwells, and the installation of new wood doors and frames to complete the stairwell enclosure. Also included is door hardware and associated interior finish work. The 39 units, in areas designated A through G in the NCO housing area, as shown on the drawings. Performance period for this project is 60 calendar days and inclement weather days are not applicable. Government furnished materials are not included. The SIC Code is 1521. Estimated construction cost is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
