The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete project in accordance with contract specifications and plans. Work includes but is not limited to: Removal and replacement of portions of the existing cooling water system. Removal and disposal of asbestos and lead contaminated materials in the vicinity of construction activities. Magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. Solicitation will be made available on or about 02 AUG 96 with a BOD of 02 SEP 96. Project is to be completed within 150 calendar days of the NTP. Package will be sent upon written request and receipt of payment for package. Request shall include mailing address, phone number and fax number, as well as size of business. The cost for the plans and specifications will be determined prior to issuance. Checks or money orders will be made out to: US Treasury. This project is open to both large and small businesses and is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Presolicitation Notices are being sent concurrently.
