Contact Kent Jones, 612/290-4128. project includes but is not limited to: replacement of perimeter fan coil unit electric motors with new Government furnished motors, cleaning of coils, condensate catch pans, pan drain lines and cleaning of unit in its entirety including the housing cover, removal and replacement of filters with Contractor furnished filters, Contractor disposal of old motors and filters off site and touch up painting of unit covers that become chipped or scratched in accomplishing the work of the contract. The estimated cost range for this project is between $25,000 and $50,000. The completion time is 45 calendar days. This solicitation is set aside for small business.
