Z -- REPLACE OUTPATIENT MULTIZONE HVAC UNIT SOL IFB: 533-14-96 DUE 091796 POC Renate Rainboth, Contracting Officer, 914-838-5263 Furnish all labor, material tools, equipment, payment of all fees, and supervision necessary to completely replace the existing multizone rooftop HVAC unit serving the outpatient area in Building No. 15. The replacement unit shall be a multizone type with steam heating coil and DX cooling coil similar to the existing unit. The unit shall match with the existing curb, ductwork, and services for direct replacement. The outpatient area shall remain in active use at all times and HVAC system down time shall be kept to a minimum. All work shall be in accordance with project drawings, specifications, national, local and applicable codes as per requirements of all governing agencies. A refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 is required for each set of documents. Requests accepted in writing only with check made payable to: Department of Veterans Affairs. Bidding documents will be available O/A 8/16/96, on a first come first serve basis, until supply is exhausted. Cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. SIC 1711 applies.
