The replacement units shall be thermal efficient and maintenance free. The work is to include an expandable core locking system, adjacent window and door repairs, lead paint removal and incidental related work. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, transportation and equipment for a complete project. Plans and specifications will be available approximately 20 July 1996. The deadline for receipt of bids is only an estimated date. The estimated cost range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
