A new Mansard roof shall be constructed for the boiler room, and two existing roof mounted HVAC units shall be removed and replaced by an interior air handler tied into the existing chiller. The work includes associated flashing, drains, gutters, downspouts, capping of existing roof penetrations to be abandoned, and the refinishing of the existing building exterior with an exterior finish system.
