Cooper, Contracting Officer (304) 285-4160 The U.S. Department of Energy's Morgantown Energy Technology Center intends to award a fixed-price contract for an assortment of stainless and 800H alloy steel pipe and fittings for a Hot Gas Desulfurization project. Approximately 600 feet of pipe in various sizes nominally 1/2 inch through 6 inches in various wall thicknesses will be needed. Approximately 50 line items of fittings of various types and sizes totaling approximately 600 individual fittings will be needed. All material must be traceable and supplied with mill test certificates. Price quotes shall be FOB destination to Morgantown, WV. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards arising from this solicitation. Only written requests for this solicitation will be honored. Written requests should reference the solicitation number listed in item 9 above and should specify a point of contact at the requestors location.
