NAWCADLKE intends to procure 3 each High Pressure Water Jet Systems with a 100% option quantity of 3 each, including related technical data and training. The High Pressure Water Jet Systems shall consist of mainly Commercial Off-The-Shelf products. The system is to be utilized to provide surface preparation for painting of Mines of various configurations, including cylindrical, spherical, cubical and other shapes. The system shall incorporate a High Pressure Intensifier Pump capable of manipulation and stripping of Cylindrical Mines of various lengths and diameters; a manual Blasting station for stripping Non-Cylindrical Mines; and a Closed-Loop Wastewater Filteration System capable of separating solid from liquid waste and neutralizing heavy metals. One (1) system shall be shipped to Momag Unit One, Seal Beach, CA 90740-1745, within 120 days after date of contract, for installation and acceptance testing. Acceptance testing will be at destination. Option to be exercised with 365 days after delivery of the basic quantity. Basic quantity to be delivered within 270 days after award of the contract.
