The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to procure the following peculiar support equipment in support of the SH-2G: 1 ea. Program Loader P/N 888-8930-6, 1 ea. Recorder-Reproducer P/N 8704600-511. The proprosed acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not own specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition. The government intends to procure these items on a sole source basis from Litton Systems, Inc., Applied Technology Division of Beverly Hills, CA under the authority of U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, with an approved Justification and Approval. Firms that recognize and produce the required items described are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
