The Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCDD), intends to non-competitively procure tactical optical relays. A base quantity of thirty-six (36) and additional options for fifteen (15) relays are required. These relays will be used to perform combat system testing, computer program testing and certification, and maintenance training. Delivery for the base quantities are spread over a six month period beginning on June 1, 1997. The only approved source for these relays is FiberCom Division, Litton-Systems, Inc.
