The Government intends to do a rapid assessment of the qualifications and capabilities of interested sources to identify highly qualified firms to continue in the streamlined acquisition for the TELIS project. Given the size and complexity and ambition of the program, we believe that a company's demonstrated expertise in the areas of Customer Satisfaction and Corporate experience on contracts similar to TELIS is critical... Therefore, we intend to prequalify potential prime contractor offerors and their major subcontractors. FEDCAC will be issuing a letter of instruction no later than 7/15/96 to interested sources, via the Hanscom Electronic RFP Bulletin Board (HERBB). HERBB can be accessed thru a computer modem, 24 hours per day, by calling 617/377/1487. Use standard setting of N-8-1 any baud from 300 to 28.8 (v.43).
