The National Cancer Institute plans to procure on a Sole Source Basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1), radio and television public service announcements (PSA's) developed as part of the National Spit Tobacco Education Program (NSTEP) campaign from Romano & Associates Inc., 10630 Little Patuxent Parkway, Columbia, Maryland 21044. These PSA's will be distributed through the National Cancer Institute to respective parties wishing to use them in local communities informing the public of the dangers of spit tobacco. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement . Information furnished shall include enough material, in sufficient detail, to perform a proper evaluation of their ability to perform. Closing date is 45 days after publication of this notice.
