The required work is a continuation of Consolidation Impact/ Change Readiness surveys and analyses previously conducted by Dr. Jordan. Specific tasks will include: Coordinate reviews, analyses, updates and implementation recommendations with an emphasis on TQL; coordination support for analysis and development of Strategic Technology Management program; Continuation of analysis of Five Year Plan Strategic directions, goals, and objectives for application under strategic environmental and internal assessment scans; Implementation of Human Resource Change Acceptance tactics, as adopted following change readiness studies; Review and analyses of reengineering of Key Business, Management and Work Processes to support strategic changes including integration of human resources requirements to support reengineered work processes; etc. A two year, firm fixed price contract is anticipated.
