Barba, Contracting Officer, (804) 441-3268 Accomplish drydock/pre-cruise repairs on TS PATRIOT STATE, including USCG/ABS regulatory inspections, drydock/COI credit inspections, sea valves, underwater hull preservation, tailshaft, propeller and rudder/pintle inspections, and other miscellaneous inspections. All work shall be performed at contractor's drydocking facility. Contractor will be required to tow the vessel from current ship berthing location, Maine Maritime Academy, Castine, Maine to contractor's drydock facility and return to Massachusetts Maritime Academy, Buzzards Bay, MA. The Maritime Administration requires that to be eligible for award under this solicitation offerors must: Be holders of the MARAD Master Lump Sum Repair Agreement (MLSRA) or shall apply for and agree to the terms and conditions of the MLSRA. Offerors may accept the MLSRA with their bid; nonholders shall provide annual representations and certifications as required by the MLSRA.
