material and services associated with the drydocking and repairs of
Patrol Craft PF 33 located at the James River Reserve Fleet, Fort
Eustis, VA. Included is a towing requirement, prior to and after the
drydock and repair period. A purchase order is to be issued to the
responsible firm offering the lowest overall price. Delivery schedule
is 21 calendar days, plus towing allowance days, after effective date
of a written Notice to Proceed. No telephone requests, only written and

Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation
(DOT) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU)
has a program to assist minority, women-owned and disadvantaged
business enterprises to acquire short-term working capital assistance
for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT
Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide
accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
