Fields Co., Inc., No. Billerica, MA on a sole source basis--The microscope needs to be refurbished including a new specimen stage, and an enlarged specimen chamber. E. Fields Co., Inc. is the only known contractor that is able to build a stage and chamber to accommodate the requirements.
