CLEMONS, 757/444-7248 The government intents to award a sole source contract for lease and maintenance services of an advanced technology Laboratories' Ultramark 9 Digital Computed Sonography Diagnostic Ultrasound System with High Definition Imaging. The performance period will be a base year plus 1 option year. The system consist of the following: Ultramark 9 Digital Computed Sonograqphy Diagnostic Ultrasound System with high definition imaging beamformer option to include floppy disk based system, high definition imaging (HDI) digital beamformer technology, auto-adaptive doppler, image display/processing/ processing capability. The requiring activity is the Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, Virginia. The estimated performance date is 1 October 1996 thru 30 September 1997. Closing date will be specified when the solicitation is issued. Request for solicitation must state that neither the requestor nor principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency.
