Unit to include, but not limited to 100 cm Isocenter distance, Isocentrically rotating gantry, motorized patient treatment, couch with isocentric rotation capabilities, ceiling mounted hand control, power supply, cooling unit, computer control console, electron cones and inserts, shadow tray. Drawings and plans for installation required, 12 month warranty for service and equipment, 10 year wave guide warranty. Removal of existing Cobalt 60 and atomic source required. Reconstruction of space to accommodate new linear accelerator shall be necessary. This solicitation is issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program and is open to both large and small business participation. The applicable SICC is 5047.
