The work includes the following and all incidental related work: Demolition and removal of concrete masonry unit, concrete and wood frame structures and buildings, concrete slabs and footings, related mechanical and electrical work, metal and wood doors and windows, mechanical equipment and concrete slabs, concrete swimming pool and bath house, concrete sidewalks and pavers, concrete masonry unit retaining walls, playground equipment, chain link fencing, telephone/power poles, debris, wave off lights at airfield runway, sections of railroad, 300,000 gallon water storage tank, and a 100,000 gallon water storage tank. Terminate, disconnect cap, abandon or demolish above ground and underground utilities. Septic tanks and drainfields, remove sewage from tank and fill with sand, abandon drainfield. Wells: demolish pump and associated piping and fill well with neat cement. Clear and grub areas. Backfill, compact, grade and seed areas of demolition and excavation. The work shall be located at the Marine Corps Air Station and across from the Air Station on Highway 21. The exact location will be indicated by the Contracting Officer.
