Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and transportation to demolish and remove asphalt and concrete pavement, curb, gutter and sidewalk. Granular base course shall remain in place. Provide uniform grading within project limits. Topsoil shall be placed at a minimum depth of 2 inches across the entire regraded area. The proposed acquisition will be issued as unrestricted. Issue date will be approximately 22 July 1996.
