Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and transportation to demolish and remove all sidewalk and culvert material for dormitory areas. Granular base course shall remain in place. Provide uniform grading of demolition areas. Topsoil shall be placed at a depth of 4 inches across removal and regraded area. The proposed acquisition will be issued as unrestricted.
