These services will be performed at Federal facilities located in the primary cities of Beckley, Charleston, Clarksburg, Elkins, Huntington, and Parkersburg in the State of West Virginia, and the City of Ashland in the State of Kentucky. In addition, services may be required in all areas of the State of West Virginia with the exception of Berkley, Jefferson and Morgan Counties. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside, SIC Code 7381. The resulting contract award will be for a one year base period of performance, with the possibility of four consecutive one year option periods of performance.
