The building will include heating and cooling interior finish for the exercise room that includes rubber floor tile, sound absorbing walls and mirrors, an issue room with towel storage and counter, utility room with connections for a commercial washer and dryer and identifying graphics on the exterior, and incidental related work. A Quality Control Program will be required as set forth in Section 01400 of the Contract Specifications. Firm fixed price contract. Performance time 180 calendar days.
