Brown,415/5 22-3292 To provide an indefinite quantity asbestos removal contract for Southern California (defined as south of the City of Bakersfield-Kern County), the State of Arizona, the City of Las Vegas, NV, the State of Hawaii and Guam. This contract is intended to provide service on an as required basis with the contractor providing all labor, material, services, training, insurance, equipment and supervision for the removal of hazardous materials. The maximum ordering limit for one year is $750,000.00 and the estimated cost range of individual delivery orders is from $10,000.00 to $675,000.00 (the estimates for delivery orders are estimates only and are not guaranteed). The period of performance will be one year, with three one-year options. Bid, Performance and Payment bonds are required. This procurement is being made under the Small Business Competitiveness Demon- stration Program and is opened to both large and small businesses.
