Brown,415/5 22-3292 To provide an indefinite quantity asbestos removal contract for Northern California (defined as Kern County North, including the City of Bakersfield) and Reno, Nevada. This contract is intended to provide service on an as required basis with the contractor providing all labor, material, services, training, insurance, equipment and supervision for the removal of hazardous materials. The maximum ordering limit for one year is $750,000.00 and the estimated cost range of individual delivery orders is from $10,000.00 to $675,000.00 (the estimates for delivery orders are estimates only and are not guaranteed). The period of performance will be one year, with three one-year options. Bid, Performance and Payment bonds are required. This procurement is being made under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is opened to both large and small businesses.
