THe USDA Forest Service, Region 3, Lincoln National Forest, plans to award a firm-fixed price contract for the reconstruction of a 29 unit parking area, re-construction of an overflow parking area, and construction of a fee station area. Work for the 29 unit parking area includes but is not limited to excavation and embankment, placement of aggregate base course and construction of a double penetration bituminous surface treatment (chip seal), construction of concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk, and construction of parking area for camp host site. Work for the overflow parking area includes but is not limited to excavation and embankment, placement of aggregate base course, construction of a double penetration bituminous surface treatment, installation of a road closure gate, construction of a cattleguard, and construction of parking area for camp host site. Work for the fee station includes but is not limited to excavation and embankment, placement of aggregate base course, construction of a double penetration bituminous surface treatment and construction of fee signs.
