Y -- RENOVATION OF A GREENHOUSE COMPLEX SOL IFB-011-43YK-96 POC Patricia Lang, Procurement Assistant, 706/546-3533. The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, tools, supervision, etc., necessary for the renovation of a greenhouse complex in Byron, Georgia. Work to be accomplished in accordance with specifications and drawings. The greenhouse complex exists and contains a head house and four attached greenhouses, which in turn comprise several internal sections each. The total square footage of the greenhouse is approximately 7500 sq. ft.. The following work will be done to the greenhouses: 1) replace existing boilers and related piping with smaller more energy efficient models, which also utilize dual fuel capability, 2) rewire greenhouses to comply with current verison NEC and replace lights, receptacles and switches, 3) remove old air conditioning system in the nematode houses and install a new system 4) rework or replace evaporative cooling and accessories as required, and 5) install new controls for heating and cooling in the greenhouse complex to include all new heating, cooling, evaporative coolers, etc..
