The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided to install a laboratory gas cylinder storage and manifolded distribution system at its facility in Beaver, West Virginia. The work includes, but is not limited to, concrete, roofing, structural steel support, piping system to distribute 7 laboratory gases, associated lighting and sensors. The estimated cost of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The project must be completed within 150 days after receipt of notice to proceed.
