Work is located on Hill-Ewell Drive within the Spotsylvania National Military Park in the counties of Spotsvania and Orange. Project consists of resurfacing 3.371 miles of roadway, by placing a bituminous tack coat and a bituminous asphalt surface course to a compacted depth of one and one half (1.5) inches. Repair to portions of the road base and selected road culvert replacement may also be required and included in this project. Construction includes removal and disposal of any debris generated by the project. (198)
