Separation of administrative facility loads from range operations circuits, and transfer to 4.16 kV North feeder circuit. Affected facilities include Building 136, Building 157, Building 160, Building 964, and Van T-967. b. Removal of existing voltage regulators from Building 112 and ROCS Building and replacement with new voltage regulator systems in Building 130, Building 105, and ROCS Building, which include main circuit breaker, bypass switching, zig-zag grounding transformers and individual phase control. Provision of a new CMU building for the new ROCS Building voltage regulator. c. Disconnection of two 1000 kVA, 4.16 kV-480Y/277 V transformers, removal of Building 112 480 V switchgear, and removal of range operations 480 V feeders. d. Provision of new transformers and feeders to supply dedicated 480 V, 3-phase services to Building 130. e. Provision of new transformers, low voltage, 480 V, 3-phase outdoor switchgear and feeders to supply dedicated services to Building 105.. f. Provision of new indoor substation and station service distribution panel for Building 112 (Power Plant). Contract Completion Time: Approximately 365 calendar days. Estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. THE SIC CODE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT IS 1731 AND THE ANNUAL SIZE STANDARD IS $7.0 MIL.
