DESCRIPTION OF WORK--The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment required to construct interior shotcrete walls, repair floor cracks and incidental related work complete and ready for use.--The estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 million.--Firm Fixed Price Contract.--Contract duration is 280 calendar days.--Bids will be considered from all responsible sources.--This project is unrestricted.--The Standard Industrial Code is 1541 and the annual size standard is $17 million.--It is recommended the subcontracting plan goals reflect a minimum goal of 5% for Small Disadvantaged Business subcontracting effort.--NOTE: Plans and specs will not be mailed to firms within a 20 mile radius of the issuing office. A fee will be charged for all plans and specs.
