Provide all labor, material, supervision, equipment, transportation, and all other necessary items for a complete and usable project: remove and dispose of 500 LF of asbestos insulation material on piping and boiler exhaust stack; remove personnel and material storage lockers from affected area and return to original placement after asbestos removal; rehabilitate and certify boiler; ;inspect and test steam piping and replace as necessary; replace broken steam pipe; inspect, repair or replace steam valves and other fittings as necessary; rehabilitate all steam supply heaters; remove one steam supply unit heater.
