Provide all labor, supervision, materials, supplies and equipment necessary to rebuild a road surface including: clearing road shoulders, road crowning, installing 6 flat swales, placing 770 cu yds of offsite earthfill where needed, placing 1194 tons of #3 crushed limestone in a layer approximately 3 inches thick and 12 feet wide over 6130 linear feet of road, installing a 24 inch by 30 ft. corrugated polyethylene culvert, excavation and reshaping and revegetation of a borrow pit for the earthfill. This work is located between the Runway and Gate 3 at Joe Williams Field, in Kemper County, Mississippi. THIS SOLICITATION IS ISSUED PURSUANT TO SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES.
