Daytona Beach, FL. Work includes demolition & removal of lead based
paint, clean & repair exterior coquina stone & ironwork, install new
exterior access ramp, install new & relocate existing HVAC system,
repair & restore interior finishes, install new carpet, ceiling tiles
& rear entrance door, and install new plumbing at restrooms. Cost
range: $400,000 to $500,000. Construction time: 300 days. A preproposal
conference has been scheduled for August 8, 1996, 10:00 AM, at the
