The project provides for the removal of 4 ply built up roofing (BUR) systems including flashing and insulation, repair of underlying decking, and installation of new modified bitumen roofing systems including new flashing and insulation. Furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials for the preparation, replacement of flashing, repair of roofing, reroofing and final clean-up of the front section of the Base Exchange (Bldg 4265) and Building 7268 at Barksdale AFB LA. Anticipated opening date 04 September 1996. This contract will have a performance period of 90 calendar days. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
