The work includes, but is not limited to: (1) Provide asbestos abatement of pipe insulation. (2) Demolish interior walls and ceilings and exterior canopies. (3) Remove existing shingle roofing and install new. (4) Install new gypsum ceilings and walls and fluorescent light fixtures and receptacles (5) Provide interior and exterior paint. (6) Install new insulation on water piping. (6) Install toilet fixtures and piping. (7) Test operation of oil-fired boiler. (8) Install conduit and wiring from existing distribution panel boxes. Performance shall completed within 190 calendars days after receipt of notice to proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $ 100,000 and $250,000.
