Work shall include provision to renovate existing auditorium space for classroom space and to renovate existing classroom space for office area, including but not limited to demolition, new partitions, flooring, suspended ceiling, plumbing, HVAC, sprinklers and electrical work. All work shall be in strict compliance with the drawings and specifications. Location to be at Department of Veterans affairs Medical Center, Lebanon, PA 17042-7597. Project No 595-96-106. This project is subject to the availability of funds. Cost Range: $100,000 to $250,000. Completion time is 120 days. Plans and Specification will be available on or about August 1, 1996 and must be requested in writing with a $50 refundable deposit in the form of a check or money order made payable to VA Medical Center. Solicitation Documents are limited to 25 copies and will be issued to the first 25 contractors requesting the solicitation document with the deposit.
