Contractor shall be responsible to furnish eyeglasses as ordered and delivery shall be within seven (7) working days after receipt of faxed order. Contract will be for a base year of October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997 with four additional one-year options to extend. This is a 100% small business set-aside based on SIC No. 3851.
