The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) is interested in identifying vendors that have the expertise and experience necessary to compete for future requirements for management studies. These future requirements will be reserved for small, 8(a), women-owned and minority firms. It is envisioned that DOC will have future requirements for Management studies in the areas of: National Performance Review, Internet, Downsizing and Bureau Modernization, as well as other general management studies. These requirements will require vendors of the highest caliber, that can react with short lead time to produce high quality management studies. The DOC intends to review interested firm's capability statements, conduct interviews as well as past performance checks to establish a bidders list of firms capable of meeting these requirements. Interested firms should submit AT THIS TIME information including but not limited to: company size, business type (i.e. small, 8(a), women-owned, minority), location, number of years in business, area(s) of expertise, as well as past performance references and experience in the above listed catagories.
