The contractor will be required to: (1) provide expert analysis and support services in conjuction with the development and building of a new system to be used for processing Form 5500 reports and the utilization of the Form 5500 derived data for the PWBA's program operations, (2) provide technical support and assistance in the development of applications for the data which support PWBA's pro- gram operations, and (3) assist PWBA in the oversight and review of IRS processing of Form 5500 series reports. The period of perfor- mance will be one year and there will be four one-year options. Offerors must submit written requests for the solicitation and those requests must reference the solicitation number (RFP L/A 96-23).
