Provide a fire protection system to include recessed ground hydrants, fire hose cabinets, water distributing piping, water storage tank, fire pump enclosure, installation of Government-furnished fire pump, and all related materials and equipment to provide a complete and operable system. Also, provide a fire detection/alarm system to include heat detectors, manual pull stations, fire alarm audio and visual devices, and all related materials and equipment as indicated. Finally, clean and seal cracks in existing asphalt pavement; provide 40,000 square yards of filled asphalt emulsion surfacing compound; provide 33,500 square yards acrylic emulsion, beige colored. Clean and paint traffic markings. All work will be accomplished at a Tethered Aerostat Radar System (TARS) Site at Deming, NM, Project No. TADM94-7024. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions of the project. This acquisition is unrestricted.
