The vendor is to provide a 11,500 volt to 480Y277 volt secondary unit substation consisting of a fused air switch, a tranformer, and a secondary switchgear. The vendor will also provide 480 volt receptacles and matching plugs. The unit substation and the 480 volt receptacles will be mount on a heavy duty platform trailer.
