Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs requires a contractor for 12 months with four 12-month option periods to operate a national institute to improve the quality and effectiveness of technology, educational media, and materials (TMM) for individuals with disabilities. The contractor shall establish partnerships with other organizations; develop and implement a strategic plan based on analyses of factors related to TMM and approaches for achieving meaningful change; and evaluate the impact of its work.
