HUD intends to award one firm fixed-price, requirements, Data Entry Services contract to be performed on-site at the HUD Fresno office. THIS ACQUISITION IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. Services include receiving and logging cases for endorsement and Uniform Residential Appraisal Reports into the Computerized Homes Underwriting System (CHUMS). Services also include assigning FHA case numbers to approved lenders and inputting contractor Underwriting Reports by accessing the CHUMS terminal. Services include reviewing information submitted in rejected insuring cases to determine if the requested information has been submitted by the lender and inputing information into CHUMS to issue a Mortgage Insurance Certificate or Non-Endorsement Notice.
