Synopsis - This work includes the provision of necessary labor, transportation, materials, supplies, equip ment, and supervision for an Operation Control Center, Test Support Building, and miscellaneous support facilities. The Operation Control Center includes a permanent 4000 square foot one story structure of reinforced concrete foundation and slab, steel frame, metal stud walls, concrete masonry unit veneer exterior and architectural standing seam metal roof. The Test Support Building includes a 2000 square foot one story building with reinforced concrete foundation and a slab and metal building frame and exterior siding and roofing. Interior walls are reinforced concrete masonry units in the vault, office and restroom areas with metal liner panels in the shop area. The work also includes, but is not limited too, clearing, grading, and site preparation for the new buildings, interior and exterior finishes, built-in equipment, plumbing and fixtures, heating and air conditioning systems and electrical systems that will result in a complete and useable facilities and incidental related work at Glendora Test Facility, Sullivan, IN. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1541. The related Small Business size standard is 17 million. Completion time is 305 days after award.
