PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE - The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment to renovate portions of a two-story existing facility of approximatley 24,000 SF (including aproximately 10,000 SF for interior renovatioin) for a courtroom, offices, legal and library functions. Work includes site work, cast-in-place concrete, metals, woods and plastics, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, finishes, specialties, furnishing, elevator upgrade, seismic upgrade, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, and incidental related work. Work shall also include demolition, removal and abatement of asbestos containing materials, lead-containing paint and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB) materials. The estimatd construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This is a firm fixed price contract. This project is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1542 and the related small business size standard is $17,000,000. Contract duration is 240 calendar days.
