The work includes the construction of a one-story brick veneer building, complete with utility services and site work, ready and functional for occupancy. The building provides space for the base's Housing Offices and Self-Help Center. The Housing Offices provide space for administrative, counseling and other functions. The Self-Help Center provides space for training and storage of material. The projected date for issuance of the plans and specifications is 6 August 1996. The estimated date for bid opening is 5 September, 1996. Requests for plans and specifications may be mailed to the address indicated above and must include a check, money order or cashier check in the amount of $40.00, made payable to Treasurer of the United States.
