The work includes furnishing all materials, labor,equipment and supervision for removal of existing air-conditioning units, piping systems (chilled water supply & return (CHWS/R), high temperature hot water supply & return (HTHWS/R), natural gas, condensate drain, and drain), support/platform structure assemblies, insulation systems, control systems, electrical systems, roofing/cat-walk materials, roof insulation, ductwork systems, and associated components and accessories; provision of new underground/above ground/above roof HTHWS/R, earth work, concrete work, air-conditioning units, piping systems (CHWS/R, HTHWS/R, natural gas, condensate drain, and drain), support/platform structure assemblies, insulation systems, control systems, electrical systems, roofing/cat-walk materials, roof insulation, ductwork systems, metal work, painting and all related and associated components and accessories, and incidental related work.
