Work shall include, but is not limited to furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and services necessary to perform all work required in accordance with specifications, and as indicated on the drawings. The work required consists of the repair of existing water well by replacement, cap existing well, remove all water well appurtenances, existing facility to remain, provide a new building structure to include the chemical feed space, chlorine room, office and telemetry room with support rooms, provide an outdoor 1500 GPM well pump, provide air conditioning for the office areas, provide heating and ventilation for the chemical and chlorine rooms, generator, electrical service, HVAC System, and other supporting appurtenances, drilling set-up, pump testing set-up, sonic log testing, provide new 2-way radio transmitters with omni-directional antenna at master telemetry unit location and 2-way radio with VHF directional antenna at fourteen remote locations as indicated by drawings, and erect a temporary fence around the entire construction site. The proposed acquisition is under full and open competition. SIC CODE 1781 SIZE STANDARD $7 million Plans and specifications will be furnished upon written request only.
