Work shall include, but is not limited to furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and services necessary to perform all work required in accordance with specifications, and as indicated on the drawings. The work required consists of the repair of existing water well by replacement, cap existing well, remove all water well appurtenances, existing facility shall remain, provide new building structure to include chemical feed space, chlorine room, support rooms, provide an outdoor 700 GPM well pump, heating and ventilation for chemical and chlorine rooms, generator, electrical service, HVAC system and other supporting appurtenances, drilling set-up, pump testing set-up, sonic log testing and erect a temporary fence around the entire construction site. The proposed acquisition is under full and open competition. SIC CODE 1781 SIZE STANDARD $7 million Plans and specifications will be furnished upon written request only.
